Acupuncture is the insertion of sterile needles into specific points on the body, to stimulate and regulate imbalances.

Cupping

30 minutes: $30

Cupping therapy is a non-invasive technique that improves circulation, relieves pain, and detoxifies the body. There are two types, fire cupping with glass cups or plastic cups using a suction device. Many athletes get cupping performed because of the benefits of relieving tension in the body.
